A little late but...I bought 2 of the Robot Control Board ATMEGA328 ATMEGA328P Arduino UNO Compatible boards for $13.64/each a few weeks ago.

I am very happy with them as they appear to be completely UNO compatible and have taken any code that I have thrown at them. The only difference I have found is that they use a different USB to TTL UART chip that requires the Prolific PL2302 USB Driver to communicate with the board.

I was going to do a review on my site http://forums.tekmason.com but there really isn't much to review since it is basically the same as the Arduino branded Uno from Italy.
